Hi everyone! As many of you know, I have been honored to be selected as the head of Duckies Resources department recently. There has been many discussions to make sure DR is set up properly to offer the needed support for our town council and community members. Our main mission is to provide assistance to Duckywood residents and business owners, help onboard new members to keep our community active and thriving! We are also interested to hear your suggestions and complaints if you have any!
Here are the main things that DR will be in charge of:
- Help bring in new members known as “Ducklings” to Duckywood Community
- Help Ducklings through the process of joining the DW Community.
- Providing guidance and assist Ducklings in picking their potential lots.
- Promoting and helping all Duckies interested in joining DW+
- Notifying Duckies that their DW+ has expired.
- These members take surveys of Duckies to see how the Community Spirit is currently at and sees how we can improve.
- Advocates for Duckies if there is an issue, tries to resolve them and if needed escalates to the Town Council.
However, in order to make that happen, we need an active work team to help us get the department going. For starters, the team will include 5 members. Some tasks have been specified in detail for each member for an easy start. If you wish to join the department, please don’t hesitate to contact me either on Habbo (tadelle) or our Discord channel. If you are a resident, you can join the Discord channel by logging into DuckyWood and clicking the Settings button under your avatar in the upper right hand corner.
