The Mallards 

We have started a separate area on the south region of the map. That will connect to the main DuckyWood Community via the Metro. (Eventually, as DuckyWood grows we may see these areas actually connect street to street too)

The Mallard Estates lots will be for DW+ members only with the idea being these lots will be larger than our ‘normal’ size lots in the rest of DW.

Also, as part of the perk for DW+, this will allow the member to own TWO residential lots. (One in DuckyWood and the other in Mallards, not two in Mallards)

DuckyWood will uphold a high expectation for each DuckyWood+ lot such that each lot will require a unique, creative, and well-thought-out building plan.

Planning on getting 3/4 Streets with Lots available before we start allowing Mallards to claim lots. We will allow claiming in order of when you joined DW+. I think the Mallard Streets will be named after different types of ducks.

DW+ Members will be called Mallards.

Note: If your DW+ membership expires, you have until the following month to renew before you’ll be evicted from the Mallards.
