We are adding an additional perk for DW+ members which will be near the Ocean of our map. These will connect directly to the current DuckyWood Streets that you roam already! 

The Ocean Villas lots will be for DW+ members only with the each lot including a 7x10 area for a building with a height clearance of 10 spaces high, 7x6 front yard and a dock slip for a boat! (Boat not included). Do not build on the pebbled floors bordering your lots. You cannot build a house / roof on the front yard area.

Also, as part of the perk for DW+, this will allow the member to own THREE residential lots. (One DuckyWood House, One Mallards Estate and One Ocean Villa!) ***Depending on if a lot is available***

DuckyWood will uphold a high expectation for each DuckyWood+ lot such that each lot will require a unique, creative, and well-thought-out building plan. 

Ocean Villas will be available soon, we are working on having 2 Streets with Lots available before we start allowing DW+ Mallards to claim lots. Request one of the lots via the site to claim one!

Note: If your DW+ membership expires, you have until the following month to renew before you’ll be evicted from the Ocean Villas. 

Update 4-26-2024: Ocean Villas Streets / Lots are a limited quantity. DW+ Mallards Streets are the main lot perk for DW+ Residents, Ocean Villas lots are not guaranteed for all Members.
